terms of service

by commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood the terms of service provided below.

GENERAL♡ i reserve the right to decline the commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request or if i cannot fulfill the standards.
♡ you cannot reproduce the commissions for financial gains unless agreed.
♡ please credit me (@chuubeani) for the art if you decide to post the commission.
♡ prices can vary depending on the complexity of the designs.COMMERCIAL USE♡ all commissions are used for personal use only! you cannot reproduce the commissions as merch or resell them unless agreed with me BEFORE payment.
♡ i do not allow my art to be used in any blockchain-related technology or be made into NFTs.
♡ commercial use is x2 the commission price.PROCESS♡ i will usually take from less than a week to 1 month to finish the commission depending on complexity.
♡ if i need to take longer than expected on the commission, i will notify you via instagram.
♡ the work-in-progress sketch will be sent to make sure everything is OK before continuing with the commission!!
♡ changes can be made in the work-in-progress step, however, if the changes are too big, there will be an additional fee.
♡ after the sketch is approved, i will continue to work on the commission, and i will send the finished drawing via email.PAYMENT♡ 100% of the payment is upfront.
♡ keep in mind, once i start working on the commission, there will be no refund.
♡ prices are in USD.
♡ payment via paypal.
♡ there will be a full refund if for some reason i can't work on the commission anymore.

CHIBI♡ $30 USD
♡ allowed an additional small character of choice (pet/pokemon/sanrio/etc)
♡ simple coloring, chibi style
♡ small details/background (nothing too complex)
♡ shading around the characters
♡ $5 extra for any extra characters, $15 extra for an extra chibi
♡ choose between crayon/pencil-like lineart or smooth lineart
